The Park & Recreation Commission of the City of Irwindale
met in regular adjourned session at the above time and place
in the City Hall Council Chambers.
ROLL CALL Present: Chico, Orosco, Grijalva,
Fraijo and Chairman Diaz.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of November 2, 1994 were
approved as presented.
MOTION: Commissioner Grijalva
Second: Commissioner Chico
Abstain: Commissioner Fraijo
RECREATION DIRECTOR
Annual Christmas Party Director De Gruccio gave his report
on the upcoming Annual Christmas
Party on Tuesday, December 13, 1994.
The entertainment slated for the party
were songs by resident Erika Rojo
music by the Fleet Street Band and
the Franklin Haynes Marionettes.
Commissioner Chico asked if the

EXTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS
The City Engineer's Staff Report re
Recreation Building Remodeling Project
was noted and received,.
6:45 P.M. Commissioner Fraijo was excused from the meeting.
PREARRANGED COMMUNICATIONS There were none.
SPONTANEOUS COMMUNICATIONS Rose Guerrero asked about last year's
teen club food and clothing drive.
COMMISSIONERS COMMENTS Chairman Diaz requested to discuss
new policies for the new Recreation
Building at the next meeting.
Commissioner Chico requested the
Children's dance class be restricted
to a limit of 20 dancers so residents
will have more instruction time.
ADJOURNMENT There being no further business, the
meeting adjourned at 7:15 P.M.
