A RESOLUTION OF THE IRWINDALE HOUSING AUTHORITY ADOPTING THE
BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1998-99
WHEREAS, the Irwindale Housing Authority received the Proposed Budget for the fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1998, and ending June 30, 1999; and
WHEREAS, a copy of the Proposed Budget has been on file in the Office of the City Clerk for public
review; and
WHEREAS, the Irwindale Housing Authority conducted a public hearing on the proposed Budget on
June 11, 1998.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Irwindale Housing Authority as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 1998-1999, on file in the Office of the City
Clerk of the City of Irwindale, incorporated herein by reference, as modified by Irwindale Housing
Authority is hereby adopted as the official Budget of the Irwindale Housing Authority for fiscal year
commencing July 1, 1998 and ending June 30, 1999.
SECTION 2. That the Agency Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of June, 1998.

I, Camille Diaz, Assistant Secretary of the Irwindale Housing Authority, do hereby certify that
the foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular meeting of the Irwindale Housing Authority held on
June 25, 1998, by the following vote:
