place.

Present: Commissioners Julian A. Miranda,
Jacquelyn Breceda, Patricio Miranda, Vice Chair
Joseph Tapia, Chair Raymond Chavez
Also Present: Andrew V. ArczynskiI Authority
Attorney; Carlos Alvarado, Authority Engineer;
Julian S. Miranda, Police Chief; Abraham DeDios,
Finance Director; and Camille Diaz, Deputy City
Clerk
Commissioner P. Miranda made a motion,
seconded by Commissioner Breceda, to approve
the Consent Calendar. The motion was
unanimously approved.
WARRANT AND DEMAND REGISTERS
The Warrant and Demand Register was approved.
The City Council and Housing Authority adjourned
to Closed Session at 7:49 p.m., to discuss the
following:
Conference with Real Property Ne ot� (pursuant to California Government Code Section
54956.8).
Property: Manning II Housing Project
Negotiating Parties: Irwindale Housing Authority and Prospective
Buyers
Under Negotiation: Price and terms of sale
ADJOURN There being no further items to be addressed, the meeting
adjourned at 8:52 p.m.
