The Irwindale HOUSING AUTHORITY met in scheduled regular session at the above time and
place.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Julian A. Miranda, Jacquelyn Breceda
(arrived at 8:00 p.m.), Patricio Miranda, Vice Chair Joseph
Tapia, Chair Raymond Chavez
Also Present: Andrew V. Arczynski, Authority Attorney; Carlos
Alvarado, Authority Engineer; Julian S. Miranda, Police Chief,
Abraham DeDios, Finance Director; and Camille Diaz, Assistant
Secretary
CONSENT CALENDAR Commissioner P. Miranda made a motion, seconded by
Councilmember J. Miranda, to approve the Consent Calendar.
The motion was unanimously approved, with Councilmember P.
Miranda abstaining from warrant numbers 1876, 1877, 1884, and
1885, and Councilmember Breceda absent.

The Warrant and Demand Register was approved.
ITEM NO. 1B APPROVAL OF MINUTES
MINUTES
The minutes of the Housing Authority meeting of September 12,
19965 were approved as submitted.
END OF CONSENT CALENDAR
CLOSED SESSION The City Council, Redevelopment Agency, and Housing
Authority adjourned to Closed Session at 6:52 p.m., to discuss
the following:
Conference with Real Property Ne otg iator (Pursuant to California
Government Code Section 54956.8).
Property: Manning II Housing Project
Negotiating Parties: Irwindale Housing
Authority and Prospective Buyers
Under Negotiation: Price and terms of sale
