AGENCY met in regular session at the above time and place.

CONSENT CALENDAR
MOTION A motion was made by Councilmember Breceda, seconded by Mayor
Pro Tern Burrola, to approve Consent Calendar, reading resolutions
and ordinances by title only and waiving further reading thereof. The
motion was unanimously approved.

COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, AND THE BOARD OF
THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE,
CALIFORNIA, RE -RATIFYING THE PROCLAMATION OF A STATE
OF EMERGENCY BY GOVERNOR NEWSOM ON MARCH 4, 2020,
AND AUTHORIZING REMOTE HYBRID MEETINGS OF THE
LEGISLATIVE BODIES OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE FOR THE 30-
DAY PERIOD BEGINNING NOVEMBER 1, 2021, THROUGH
