COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
ORDINANCE NO. 31
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
ESTABLISHING THE PENAL SUM OF BONDS OF CERTAIN CITY
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES, AND AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF
THE PREMIUMS FOR SUCH BONDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
City Clerk
$5,000
City Treasurer
$5,000
Secretary -Clerk
$5,000
City Manager
$15,000
If any person fills any two or more of the above-described
offices, then only one bond shall be required for such
person in an amount equal to the greatest sum required
for any of such offices held.
SECTION 2. The premiums for such bonds shall
be paid from City funds.
ADOPTED this 14th day of October, 1957.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true
and correct copy of Ordinance No. 31 of said City, which
was introduced at a regular adjourned meeting of said
Council held on October 7, 1957, and finally passed not
less than five (5) days thereafter, on the 14th day of
October, 1957, by the following vote:

and says;
M. H. MATHESON, being first duly sworn, deposes
That he is the City Clerk of the City of Irwin-
dale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of
eighteen (18) years and competent to be a witness herein.
On October 15, 1957, he securely and conspic-
uously posted at each of the public places in said city,
to wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue
(3) Southwest corner of Arrow Highway and
Irwindale Avenue
a copy of Ordinance No. 31 of the city of Irwindale,
being in all respects the same as that attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
