ORDINANCE N0. 58
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE ESTABLISHING THE TIME AND PLACE
FOR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be two regular meetings of the
City Council during each calendar month and such meetings shall
be held on the first and third Tuesday thereof, at the hour of
7:30 o'clock P.M.; provided, however, that if the date of any
such regular meeting falls on a holiday, said regular meeting
shall be held at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. on the next suc-
ceeding day which is not a holiday. Any such regular meeting may
be adjourned from time to time. Special meetings may be called
in the manner provided by State law.
SECTION 2. The meeting place of the City Council shall
be at 5140 North Irwindale Avenue, Irwindale, California.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 1, passed and approved the
6th day of August, 1957, and Ordinance No. 36, passed and approved
the 25th day of November, 19570 are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage
of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the manner
provided by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 6-,? was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting

MAXINE M. HORST, being first duly sworn; deposes and
says:
That she is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at -all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18)
years and, competent.to be a witness herein.
On September 15, 1958, she securely and.consipicuously
posted at each of the public places in said city, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue
(3) Southwest corner of Arrow Highway and
Irwindale Avenue
a copy of Ordinance No. 57 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all respected the same as that attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
