AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE CREATING AND ESTABLISHING A CAPITAL
OUTLAY FUND.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain as
follows:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created and established a
Capital Outlay Fund for the City of Irwindale. Money may be trans-
ferred to or paid into said Capital Outlay Fund from any legally per-
mitted fund or source. Said fund shall be used only for the purposes
and shall be subject to the limitations set forth in Title 5, Division
2, Part 1, Chapter 4, Article 4 of the Government Code of the State of
California. Disbursements from such fund for permitted capital out-
lay purposes shall be made only when authorized by resolution of the
City Council.
SECTION 2, The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of
this ordinance and cause the same to be posted as required by law.

I, MAXINE HORST, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
do hereby certify that the above Ordinance No.60 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 18 day of november 1958. That,
thereafter, said ordinance was7uly adopted and passed at a XXOMAM adjour
meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of December , 1958,
by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen: Diaz, Martinez, Councilwoman Silva, Mayor Ornelas
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: None

MAXINE M. HORST, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the City clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United. States over the age of eighteen (18)
years and, competent to be a witness herein.
On December 4, 1959, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said, City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue
(3) Southwest corner of Arrow Highway and
Irwindale Avenue
a copy of Ordinance No. 60 of the City of Irwindale, being in
all respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
