AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 2403 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE, WHICH SAID SECTION RELATES TO
PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2403 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
hereby is amended to read as follows:
"2403 Meetings. There shall be one regular meeting of the
Planning Commission during each calendar month, and such meetings
shall be held at the time fixed by resolution of the Planning Comis-
sion. In the event such meeting date falls on a holiday, said regu-
lar meeting shall be held at the same hour as the regular meeting
but on the next succeeding day which is not a holiday. Any such regu-
lar meeting may be adjourned from time to time."
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the manner re-
quired by law.
APPROVED AND PASSED this 20 day of August 1959.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 74 was regu-
larly introduced and placed upon its first reading�a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 21 day of Julv , 1959.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was dved auty apprond passed at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 18 day of August ,
1959, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Councilmen Diaz, Martinez, Miranda, Silva, Ornelas
NOES: Councilmen None
ABSENT: Councilmen None

MAXINE HORST, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, California,
and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the United States
over the age of eighteen (18) years and competent to be a witness herein.
On August 23, 1959, she securely and conspicuously posted at each
of the public places in said city, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue AWA
(3) Southwest corner of Arrow Highway and Irwindale
a copy of Ordinance No. 74 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
