AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE ESTABLISH -
THE TIME AND PLACE FOR CITY COUNCIL
MEETINGS.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be two (2) regular
meetings of the City Council during each calendar month
and such meetings shall be held on the first and third
Monday thereof, at the hour of 6:00 o'clock P.M.; provided,
however, that if the date of any such regular meeting falls
on a holiday, said regular meeting may not be held on that
Holiday but will be held at 6:00 o'clock P.M. on the next
succeeding day thereafter which is not a legal holiday.
Any regular meeting may be adjourned from time to time, and
special meetings may be called in the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. The meeting place for the City Council
shall be at 5050 North Irwindale Avenue, City of Irwindale,
County of Los Angeles, California.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 58, passed and approved
the 18th day of November, 1958, is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. Publication. The Mayor shall sign
this ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest to same, and
the same shall be posted immediately thereafter in three (3)
public places within the City Limits of the City of
Irwindale, as prescribed by Resolution No. 60-8.

I, JAMES M. McLEAN, City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance
No. 93 was regularly introduced and placed upon its first
reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the
15th day of November, 1960. That, thereafter, said Ordinance
was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 5th Day of December, 1960, by the following
vote, to -wit:
AYES: Councilmen: L. Silva, S. Diaz, A. Tapia,
R. Breceda and Mayor Garcia
NOES: Councilmen: None

JAMES M. McLEAN, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says;
That he is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18)
years and competent to be a witness herein.
On December 7, 1960,.he securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue;
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue;
(3) Door of storage room located in Irwindale Park;
a copy of Ordinance No. 93 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all respects the same as that attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
