SCTIGN 2. That t'..e said property to be a _fe:::.ted. hereunder-

of way, and more specifically described as follows:

S ECTIGN 3. That the said property more spec i lically set
forth in Section 2 hereun6ar be and it hereby is cla_ Sed from a
Zone classification of R-1 to a Zone Classification of M-12.
SECTION 4. That Sect.on. 9101 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code cid incorporate by reference Los Angeles County Ordinance
No. 1494 as modified and that Section 346 thereof rid incorporate r
map establishing the zone classifications for the City of Irwindale,
said map incorporated by Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 3314
adopted on. the 21st day of YarcV, 1939; that saie applicable
provisions of Los Angeles County Ordinance No. 1494 as modified,
as incorporated by reference into Section 9101 of t':'z City
of Irwindale Municipal Coje, be and it hereby is amended in
conformance with this approved change of zone classification.
SECTION 3. Publication. The Mayor shall sign _obis ordinance
and tr.:,e City Clerk shall attest to same, and the same shall be
posted, immediately thereafter in three (3) public places within
the Citi- Limits of the City of Irwindale, as prescribed by
Resolutio., No. 60-8.

JAKES H. McLEAN, beinZ first duly sworn, deposes and says;

That he is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, California,
and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of the
United States over the age of eighteen (18) years and competent
to be a witness herein.
On December 20, 1960, he securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue;
X2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue;
(3) Door of storage room located in Irwindale Park;
a copy of Ordinance No. 96 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
