AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRW INDALE ESTABLISHING
THE TIME AND PLACE FOR CITY COUNCIL
MEETINGS.
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. There shall be two (2) regular meetings of
the City Council during each calendar month and such meetings shall
be held on the first and third Monday thereof, at the hour of 7:00 o'clock
P.M. ; provided, however; that if the date of any such regular meeting
falls on a holiday, said regular meeting may not be held on that Holiday,
but will be held at 7:00 o'clock P. M. on the next succeeding day there-
after which is not a legal holiday. Any regular meeting may be
adjourned from time to time, and special meetings may be called in
the manner provided by law.
SECTION 2. The meeting place for the City Council shall
be at 5050 North Irwindale Avenue, City of Irwindale, County of Los
Angeles, California.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 93, passed and approved
the 5th day of December, 1960, and Ordinance No. 58 passed and
approved the 18th day of November, 1958, are hereby repealed:
SECTION 4. Publication. The Mayor shall sign this
Ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest to same, and the same shall
be posted immediately in three (3) public places within the City Limits
of the City of Irwindale, as prescribed by Resolution.

I, LEE B. YOUNG, Acting City Clerk of the City of
r Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 104 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of October, 1961. That
thereafter, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 6th day of November, 1961, by the
following vote, to -wit:

LEE B. YOUNG, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the Acting City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of
the United States over the age of eighteen (18) and competent to be a
witness herein.
On November 7th, 1961, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public placed in the City, to -wit;
1. 5140 North Irwindale Avenue;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue;
a copy of Ordinance No. 104 of the City of Irwindale being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
