AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
COMPENSATING MEMBERS OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION
AND MODIFYING SECTION 2402 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2402 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following section
is hereby made a part of the said code in lieu thereof:
112402. COMPENSATION AND ESPENSES. The members of the
Planning Commission shall received Twenty -Five Dollars ($25 00)
per month as compensation for their services; provided, however,
any member of the Planning Commission who shall fail to attend
at least one meeting during any one month, shall not be entitled
to the Twenty -Five Dollars ($25 00) compensation. They may
receive reasonable.traveling and incidental expenses when attending
planning conferences, meetings of planning executives, or hearings
on planning legislation or matters affecting planning within the
City, and actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance
of official duties. No expense of any kind shall be incurred by
the Planning Commission, or members thereof, unless first author-
ized and approved by the City Council."
SECTION 2. Publication. The Mayor shall sign this
Ordinance and the City Clerk shall attest to same, and the same
shall be posted immediately thereafter in three (3) public places
within the City Limits of the City of Irwindale, as prescribed by
Resolution No. 60-8.
Adopted this 5th day of March, 1962.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 110 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at an regular meeting
of the City Council on the 19th day of February, 1962. That, there-
after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 5th day of March, 1962, by the

Lee B. Young, being first duly sworn deposes and says;
That she is the Acting City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein men-
tioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
(18) years and competent to be a witness herein.
On March 6th, 1962, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue,
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue, and
(3) At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue,
A copy of Ordinance 110 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
