AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE INCREASING
THE BOND FOR CITY CLERK, CITY TREASURER AND
CITY MANAGER AND AMENDING SECTION 2302 OF THE
IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2302 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following made
a part of said Code in lieu thereof;
Section 2302. Official Bonds. The officers here-
inafter named are each hereby required to execute to the City,
official bonds in the following penal sums hereinafter set
forth. Such bonds, or renewals, or substitutes thereof shall
be maintained and kept in force by the incumbents of said
offices during the entire time that they shall occupy said
officer respectively. The premiums on such bonds shall be
paid by the City. The terms of such bonds shall not exceed
one year.
City Clerk. The sum of whose bond shall be $20,000.00.
City Treasurer. The sum of whose bond shall be
$50,000.00.
Secretary -Clerk. The sum of whose bond shall be
$5,000.00.
City Manager. The sum of whose bond shall be $100,000.00.
SECTION 2. Publication. The Mayor shall sign this
Ordinance and the City Clark shall attest to same, and the
same shall be posted immadiately thereafter in three (3) public
places within the City Limits of the City of Irwindale, as
prescribed by %*solution.

do hereby certify that tha foregoing Ordinance No. 115 was
regularly introduced and placed upon its first reading at a
regular meeting of the City Council on the 16th day of July,
1962. That, thereafter, said Ordinance was duly adopted and
passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 6th
day of August, 1962, by the following vote, to -wit:

LEE B. YOUNG, being first duly sworn, deposes and
That she is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California; and is and was at all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18)
years and competent to be a witness herein.
On August 7, 1962, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue;
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
(3) At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue,
a copy of Ordinance No. 115 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all respects the same as that attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
