ORDINANCE NO. 118
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE CHANGING THE ZONE ON CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM A-1 to M-1 AND M-2
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OTf:'IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Irwindale
hereby approves and adopts the recommendation of the Planning
i" Commission regarding a change in zone of certain property here-
inafter described, and requested by Graham Bros. pursuant to a
written application, from A-1 to M-1 and M-2; inasmuch as it is
considered to be in the best interest in the City of Irwindale
that said property be rezoned.
SECTION 2. The areas denominated M-1 and M-2 respec-
tively on the map attached hereto as Exhibit A, and by this
reference made a part thereof, are hereby rezoned from A-1 to
M-1 and M-2 respectively as so denominated.
SECTION 3. The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance and
the City Clerk shall attest to the same, and the same shall be
posted immediately thereafter in three (3) public places within
the City Limits of the City of Irwindale as prescribed by
Resolution. In addition, the City Clerk shall transmit a copy
hereof

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance 118 was regularly
introduced and pjaced upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 1st day of October, 1962. That, there-
after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 15th day of October, 1962, by
the Following trote, to -wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Miranda, Sulzer, and Diaz.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Martinez
IN ABSTENTION : COUNCILMEN: Breceda

Lee B. Young, being first duly sworn, deposes and says;
That she is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18) years
and competent to be a witness herein.
On October 16, 1962, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:

Irwindale Avenue;
(2)
Post
Office
on Irwindale Avenue; and
(3) At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue,
a copy of Ordinance 118 of the Cipy of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
