ORDINANCE NO. 117
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FINANCIAL
STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 1962,
AND APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE TRANSFER OF
CERTAIN FUNDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The audited Financial Statements for the
City of Irwindale for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962,
submitted by Zazueta & Osterhout, Certified Public Accountants,
to this City Council on September 17, 1962, are hereby approved
and adopted.
SECTION 2. The over -expenditures approved during the
fiscal_year 1961-1962 by Minute Order and Resolution of this
City Council are hereby ratified, adopted and approved.
SECTION 3. The General Fund balance as of June 30,
1962 of $95,547.20 is hereby transferred to the Capital Outlay
Fund.
SECTION 4. The accounting firm for the City of Irwindale,
Zazueta & Osterhout, Certified Public Accountants are hereby
commended for the excellent job they have done during the past year
in keeping the books of the City of Irwindale and providing the
City with their financial statements.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance 117 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 1st day of October, 1962. That, there-
after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular

Lee B. Young, being first duly sworn, deposes and says;
That she is the City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at times herein mentioned a citizen
of the United States over the age of eighteen (18) years and
competent to be a witness herein.
On October 16, 1962, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 5140 North Irwindale Avenue;
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
(3) At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue,
a copy of Ordinance No. 117 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
