AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE 1962-63 BUDGET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION I. The City Council hereby .finds and determines
that during the fiscal year 1962-63, funds were,appropriated out of
the unappropriated fund balance and certain other changes were made
in the 1962-63 budget by Minutes Order and Resolution, properly
adopted by the City Council; and further that is is necessary and
in the best interest of the City of Irwindale for the City Council
to make said changes, modifications and amendments by Ordinance at
this time.
SECTION 2. All changes, modifications and amendments to
the 1962-63 budget for the City of Irwindale are hereby approved
and adopted, and the 1962-63 budget for the City of Irwindale is
hereby amdaded accordingly to include said changes, modifications
and amendments.
SECTION 3. The Mayor shall sign this Ordinance asci the
City Clerk shall attest to same, and the same shall be posted
immediately thereafter in three (3) public places within the City
Limits of the City of Irwindale; -as prescribed by Resolution No.
60-8.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 135, was introduced,
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the let day of July, 1963, that, thereafter said Ordinance
was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council
on the 15th day of July, 1963, by the following irepe, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Braced&, Miranda, Martinez, Sulzer and
Mayor Diaz.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

LEE B. YOUNG, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States ovef the age of eighteen
(18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On July 17, 1963, (inasmuch as the 16th of July, 1963,
was a holiday) she securely and conspicuously posted at each of the
public places in said City, to -wit:
(1) 16034 Calle de Norte;
(2) Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
(3) At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue.
a copy of Ordinance No. 135 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hersto and made a part hereof.
