ORDINANCE NO. 147
}J� AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING,SECTION 4301
OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO "THE POUND ORDINANCE"
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. A new Section 4301 is hereby added to the Irwindale
Municipal Code to read as follows:
"4301. Fees. Sections 610, 705 and'706 of Ordinance No. 4729
of the County of Los Angeles as amended and set forth in Section
4300 above are hereby incorporated herein as follows:
a) Section 610(Copy from Los Angeles Pound
Ordinance) '
b) Section 705( Copy from Los Angeles Pound
Ordinance)"
c) Section 705(Copy from Los Angeles Pound
Ordinance)"
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.

I, Lee B. Young, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale do hereby
certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 147 was regularly
introduced, adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 17th day of August, by the following vote:

Lee R. Young, being first duly sworn, deposes and says: That
she is the duly appointed, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen
of the United States over the age of eighteen(18) years and competent
to be a witness herein.
On August 18, 1964, she securely and conspicously posted at Ieach
of the public places in said city, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle de Norte
2. Post Office on Irwindale; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, 5050 N. Irwindale,
a copy of Ordinance No. 147 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
