ORDINANCE NO. 150
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE ADOPTING THE
NEW COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES PUBLIC
HEALTH ORDINANCE NO. 7583 AND DELET-
ING LOS ANGELES COUNTY ORDINANCE NO
7583 FROM SECTION 5400 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 5400 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby deleted and the following adopted in its place
and stead.
"5400. Public Health Code. The City Council does hereby
adopt as the Public Health Code as and for said City that
certain Code marked and designated as the "Public Health Code
(Ordinance No. 7583)" as adopted and amended by the Board of
Supervisors of the County of Los Angeles, State of California,
on the 26th day of June, 1964, three (3) copies of which Code
are on file in the office of the City Clerk for public inspect-
ion, and the same is hereby made a part hereof as if fully set
out in this Chapter.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.

I, Lee B. Young, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 150 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 3rd day of August, 1964. That, there7
after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at an adjourned
meeting of the City Council on the 8th,day of September, 1964, by
the following vote, to wit:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Miranda, Martinez, Sulzer and
Mayor Diaz.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: NONE.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: NONE.

LEE B. YOUNG, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned
a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18) years
and competent to be witness herein.
On September 10, 1964, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle De Norte;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue.
a copy of Ordinance No. 150 of the City of Irwindale, being in
all respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
