AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 3182
MUNICIPAL CODE AND REDUCING THE
PEPPERTREE LANE

SPEED LIMIT ON
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain
as follows:
SECTION I. That Section 3182 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to add the following as the last listed
street therein:
"Pepper Tree Lane 25 miles per hour"
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Irwindale
hereby declares that it has determined that upon the basis of
engineering and traffic inspection, that the speed permitted by
State law on Pepper Tree Lane is in excess of that which is
reasonable and safe under the conditions of said street. That the
City Council finds and determines that it is in the best health,
safety and welfare of the City of Irwindale that said speed limit
be declared to be reduced to 25 miles per hour.

and Mayor Diaz.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None

That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein"'mentioned
a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen(18) years and
competent to be witness herein.

posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle del Norte;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue.
