ORDINANCE NO. 156
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE OPENING AND DECLARING
CALLE DE PASEO TO BE A PUBLIC STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Irwindale
hereby finds and determines that it is in the best public interest,
health, safety and welfare of the City of Irwindale that the
following described real property known as "Calle de Paseo" be
opened and declared to be a public street.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Irwindale
hereby declares that it is the owner of the improved street known
as "Calle de Paseo" as described in Exhibit "A" attached heret o;
and that said street shall be from the effective date of this
Ordinance a public street.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City of Irwindale shall
certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
Adopted and approved this 21st dV oy December, 1964.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 156 was regularly
introduced, and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 7th day of December, 1964. That, there-
after, said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 21st day of December, 1964, by the
following vote, to wit:

NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Martinez.

MARGARET S. BARBOSA, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the,,City
of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
'United States over the age of eighteen(18)
mentioned a citizen of the
years and competent to be witness herein.
On December 22, 1964, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle del Norte;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue'
a copy of Ordinance No. 156 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
