AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TRE
CITY OF IRWINDALE ADDING SECTION 6252.39
TO TRE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
AMENDING SECTION &2191-7r OF SAID CODE RELATING
TO BUSINESS LICENSE . , &;V711 yp$
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 6252.39 is hereby added
to the Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
"6252.39. Automobile Towing Services. Every
person who operates a business automobile towing
services shall pay an annual business license fee
of $50.00."

SECTION 2. That Section 62-W of the Irwindale
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto the following
as subparagraph (y)�d
"(y). Automobile Towing Services. The City
Clerk shall require a permit pursuant to this part
in addition to a business license for any person
engaged in the business of automobile towing services.
Such permit shall be denied by the Clerk, if, upon
investigation, it appears that such person either
as principal or managing employee, is not of good
moral character."
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted
by law.

MARGARET S. BARBOSA, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of
the City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times
herein mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age
of eighteen (18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On June 22, 1965, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle del Norte;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue.
a copy of Ordinance No. 166 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all respects the same at that attached hereto and made
a part hereof.
