AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING ZONING
REGULATIONS RELATING TO A-LZONED
PROPERTIES WITHIN THE CITY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the recommendations
of the Planning Commission of the City of Irwindale, Sections
9436 and 9437 of the Irwindale Municipal Code relating to
zoning regulations applicable to A-1 zoned properties, are
hereby amended to read as follows:
"9436. Lot Area. The minimum required
lot area in Zone A-1 shall be not less
than 5,000 square feet."
"9437. Lot Area Per Dwelling. The
minimum fot area per dwelling uAitl3hill
be not less than 5,000 square feet."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this ordinance, and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.

CITY OF IRWINDALE
and says: MARGARET S. f BARBOSA, being first duly sworn, deposes
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times
herein mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age
of eighteen (18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On November 19, 1965, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. 16034 Calle del Norte;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale,Avenue.
a copy of Ordinance No. 172 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all respects the same as that attabhed hereto and made
a part hereof.
