ORDINANCE NO. 176
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE SETTING
SALARIES FOR MEMBERS OF THE CITY
COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 36514 of the
Government Code� Section 2103 of the Irwindale Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2103. COUNCILMEN. SALARY. Each
member of the City Counci s all receive a
salary in the sum of $75 per calendar month,
payable monthly. Said compensation is set
in accordance with the provisions of
Section 36514 of the Government Code of the
State of California."
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall not -become
effective until April 19, 1966.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and.cause 'the same to be posted
in the manner prescribed by law.

Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.
175 was regularly introduced, adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 15th day of February, 1966,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Miranda, Martinez, Sulzer
and Mayor Diaz.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.

STATE OF CALIFORNIA
COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ss.
CITY OF IRWINDALE
MARGARET S. BARBOSA, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times
herein mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age
of eighteen (18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On February 17, 1966, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police. Department, 5050 North Irwindale Avenue;
2. Post Office, 5150 North Irwindale Avenue; and
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
5050 North Irwindale Avenue.
a copy of Ordinance No. 176 of the City of Irwindale, being
in all xespects the same as that attached hereto and made a'
part hereof.
