AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
SECTION 303 OF THE UNIFORM BUILDING
CODE AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO.
173 OF THIS CITY COUNCIL.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraphs (c) and (d) and Table No. 3-B
of the Uniform Building Code as adopted by Ordinance No. 173, are
hereby amended to read, respectively, as follows:
"<c) GRADING PERMIT FEES. A fee for
each grading permit shall be paid
to the Building Official as set
forth in Table No. 3-B.11
"(d) PLAN CHECKING FEES FOR GRADING.
When the amount of grading exceeds
50 cubic yards, a plan checking fee
for grading equal to 50 percent of
the fees set forth in Table No. 3-B
shall be paid to the Building
Official at the time of submitting
plans." I

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published or posted in
the manner prescribed by law.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes and
says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, Califdrnia� and is and was at all times herein mentioned
a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen(18) years
and competent to be witness herein.
On May 6, 1966, she securely and conspicuously posted at each
of the Ppblic�places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office,on-irwindale Avenue;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
a copy of Ordinance No. 178 of the City of Irwindale, being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
