AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF 4L
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION 4�4
2251 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO THE POSITION OF DIRECTOR
OF FINANCE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraphs (a) and (b) of Section
2251 of the Irwindale Municipal Code are hereby amended to read,
respectively, as follows:
"2251. Same. Director of Finance.
(a) Appointment. The Director of Finance shall
be appointed by, and shall serve at the pleasure
of, the City Manager.
(b) Compensation. The compensation for the
position of Director of Finance shall be
established by the City Manager; within the limits
permitted by the Annual City Budget."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance, and shall cause' the same to be posted in
the manner prescribed by law.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, Being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a
citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen (18) years and
competent to be witness herein.
Ordinance No. 182
On June 16, 1966, she securely and conspicuously posted at each
of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Irwindale Avenue;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers a copy of
Ordinance No. 182 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
