ORDINANCE NO. 192
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTIONS
9343 AND 9356 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO FILING FEES FOR ZONE
VARIANCE, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT,
AND ZONE CHANGE APPLICATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Sections 9343 and 9356 of the Irwindale
Municipal Code are hereby amended to read, respectively, as follows:
"9343. Filing Fees. Each such application,
and an application for a modification, as set
forth hereinafter, shall be accompanied by a
filing and processing fee in the amount of
$100.00.11
"9356. Amendments Initiated by Property
Owners ' . The Director shall prepare a suitable
application form, entitled 'Request for
Amendment to the Irwindale Zoning Code', and
shall assist any applicant in preparing the:
Request form. Any such amendment shall be
accepted for filing by the Director only
upon the payment by the applicant of a
filing and processing fee in the sum of
$150.00. Any applicant may, in wifting,
withdraw his request at any time during the
processing of such request; provided, however,
that there shall be no refund of any fees
paid in connection therewith."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in
the manner prescribed by law.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
(18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On April 27, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 192 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a.patt thereof.
