ORDINANCE NO. 194
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE REZONING CERTAIN
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Irwindale
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the Planning Commission of the
City of Irwindale has heretofore conducted a
series of public hearings to consider the
rezoning and reclassification of certain real
property located within said City; and
(b) That based upon the recommendations
of the Planning Commission, the City Council
conducted public hearings upon said matter,
and determined that the public interest,,
convenience and necessity require the reclass-
ification of said real property in the manner
hereinafter described; and
(c) That the property which this
Ordinance relates is more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel 6 of Possessory Map
recorded in Book 4, Pages 58 through
61 inclusive, of Official Maps on
the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County.
(d) That the Planning Commission's
recommendations were approved in part and
disapproved in part by the City Council; and
(e) That the public interest, convenience
and necessity requires that said property be
rezoned to Zone C-3.
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9310 of the Irwindale Municipal Code, said real property above described,
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned to Zone C-3.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of May, 1967.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 194 was regularly
introduced, adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 2nd day of May, 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Diaz, Mike Miranda, Barbosa and
Pat Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
IN ABSTENTION: COUNCILMEN: Breceda.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
(18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On Ma ' y 5, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 194 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
