AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE REZONING CERTAIN
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Irwindale
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the Planning Commission of the
City of Irwindale has heretofore conducted a
series of public hearings to consider the
rezoning and reclassification of certain real
property located within said City; and
(b) That baq�pd upon the recommendations
of the Planning Commission, the City Council
conducted public hearings upon said matters,
and determined that the public interest,
convenience and necessity require the reclassi-
fication of said real property in the manner
hereinafter described; and
(c) That the properties to which this
Ordinance relates are as set forth on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto, and incorporated herein
by this reference.
(d) That the Planning Commission's
recommendations were approved in part and
disapproved in part by the City Council; and
(e) That the public interest, convenience
and necessity requires that said properties be
rezoned as set forth on said Exhibit "A".
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9310 of the Irwindale Municipal Code, said real properties as set
forth on said Exhibit "A" hereto be, and the same hereby are, rezoned
as set forth on said Exhibit "A".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June, 1967.

and says: I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
(18Y years and competent to be witness herein.
On Jupe.7, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 197 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.

EXHIBIT "A"
1. REZONE FROM A-1 To M-2: That property in the City of Irwindale
lying northerly of Foothill Boulevard and presently zoned
A-1, as shown on Map appearing on Page 3 hereof.
2. REZONE FROM R-3 to M-1: That portion of Section 32, Township
1 N) RlOW, of the Subdivision of the Rancho Azusa de Duarte,
in the City of Irwindale, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages 80 to 82, in-
clusive, of Miscellaneous Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said County, described as follows:
A strip of land 150 feet wide lying southerly of the northerly
line of said Section 32 and beginning at the northwest corner
of said Section 32 and extending easterly therefrom a distance
of 1050 feet.
3. REZONE FROM R-1 to M-2: That portion of Section 32, Township
1 N) R10W, of the Subdivision of the Rancho Azusa de Duarte,
in the City of Irwindale, County,of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 6, Pages 80 to 82,
inclusive, of Miscellaneous�,Records in the office of the County
Recorder of said County,�described as follows:
A strip of land 150 feet wide lying southerly of the northerly
line of said Section 32 and beginning a distance of 1050 feet
easterly of the northwest corner of said Section 32 and extending
easterly to the southerly prolongation of the westerly line
of Creatfi6ld Avenue as shown on Map of Tract No. 16333
recorded in Map Book 382, Pages 20 to 21, inclusive of said
County Recorder.
4. REZONE FROM R-2 to M-1: Blocks 10, 11 and 12 of the Davis
Addition to Duarte as recorded in Book 11 Page 72 of Miscellaneous
Records.
7. REZONE FROM A-1 to M-1: Lots 135-138 inclusive and Lots 2267--
2272 inclusive of the Chicago Park Tract recorded in Miscellaneous
Records, Book 30 Page 100.
8. REZONE FROM A-1 to M-1: Commencing at the southeast corner
of Lot 12, Tract 4316, thence East 66 feet with a uniform
depth of 500 feet.
9. REZONE FROM A-1 and C-2 to C-3: Parcels 1, 2, 13, 14, 15,
30 and.31 of Licensed Surveyors Map, recorded in Book 14 Page
32 of Maps of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County.

10. REZONE FROM C-2 TO A-1: Parcels 16, 29 and 32 of Licensed
Surveyors Map, recorded in Book 14 Page 32 of Maps of the
County Recorder of Los Angeles County.
11. REZONE FROM A-1 TO M-1: Commencing at the northeast corner
of Tract 17517 recorded in Map Book 438 Pages I and 2; thence
westerly along the north boundary of said tract a distance of
738.40 feet with a uniform depth of 225 feet; thence westerly
along the Irwindale City boundary 525 feet with a uniform
depth of 50 feet; thence continuing west along the Irwindale
City boundary 325 feet with a uniform depth of 16.5 feet.
14. REZONE FROM C-2 AND A-1 TO C-3: Parcels 3, 4, 5, 6 of Licensed
