ORDINANCE NO. 198
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE REZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES FROM ZONE
A-1 AND M-1 TO ZONE M-2.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission of the City
of Irwindale, after Public Hearing duly held, found that it is
in the public interest that the hereinafter described property,
presently zoned A-1 and M-1, be rezoned to M-2.
SECTION 2. That the hereinafter described real,property
located in the City of Irwindale, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, more particularly described as follows:
Those lands bounded on the North by
Arrow Highway, in the East by the
Pacific Electric Railway, on the
south by Cyp-ress Avenue, and an the
west by Azusa Canyon Road;
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned tp,,Zone M7,2.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of June, 1967.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of Irwindale
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 198 was regularly
introduced, adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 6th day of June, 1967, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Diaz, Barbosa and Mike Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda and Pat Miranda.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.

COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES ss.
CITY OF IRWINDALE
I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
(18) years and competent to be witness herein.
On June 7, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each.of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 198 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
