ORDINANCE NO. 200
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE REZONING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTIES FROM
ZONE A-1 TO ZONE M-1.(Meridian)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Planning Commission of the City of
Irwindale, after Public Hearing duly held, found that it is in
the public interest that the hereinafter described property,
presently zoned A-1 be rezoned to M-1.
SECTION 2. That the hereinafter described real property
located in the City of Irwindale, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as follows:
"Those lots and portion thereof of Tract #4675,
recorded in Map Book 99, Page 34 of the County
Recorder's Office described as follows:
The south 50'of Lot I except therefrom, the
West 148'
Lots 2, 3, 4, & 5
Lot 6 excepting the west 145'
Lots 7, 8, 9� & 10
Lot 11, excepting the west 200';
be, and the same hereby is rezoned to Zone M-1.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1967.

introduced, adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City
Council on the 20th day of June, 1967, by the following vote:

CITY OF IRWINDALE
1, Margaret S, Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City
of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
years and competent to be witness herein,
On June 22, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public places in said city, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 200 of the City of Irwindale, being in all respects
the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
