ORDINANCE NO. 201
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE RECLASSIFICATING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY.
(Case No. 67-9-ZC);"
The City Council of the City of Irwindale does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Irwindale
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the Planning Commission has conducted a public
hearing, to consider the reclassification of certain
herein described real property from Zone A-1 to Zone M-1;
and
(b) That the property to which this matter relates
is located in the City of Irwindale, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, and is more particularly
described as follows:
That portion of Lot 10 of Rancho Azusa de
Duarte recorded in Book 6 Pages 80 to 82
inclusive of the Miscellaneous Records of
the County Recorder, County of Los Angeles,
described as follows:
Commencing at the most west corner of Tract
16739 as recorded in Map Book 414 Pages 27
to 29 inclusive of said County Recorder;
thence South 540 West 34.07 feet; thence
South 260 30' East 162.6 feet; thence North
66041'19" East to the south line of said
Tract 16739; thence west thereon to the point
of beginning.
(c) That the City Council has determined that public
interest, convenience and necessity require that said
real property be reclassified from Zone A-1 to Zone M-1.
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9310 of the Irwindale Municipal Code, the above described
real property be, and the same hereby is, reclassified from
Zone A-1 to Zone M-1
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted in
the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS 18th DAY OF JULY, 1967.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn; "deposes
and says:
That she -,is the duly appointed and,City-Clerk of the City
of Irwindale,,California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age'of eighteen
years and competent to be witness herein.
On July 24, 1967, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the public,places-in:said City, to wit:"
1. Police Department;
2. Post:Office on Calle 'del Norte;''
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a copy
of Ordinance No. 201 of the City of Irwindale, being in
all respects the same as that attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
