ORDINANCE NO. 204
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN PROPERTY(CASE NO. 67-13-ZC,
CONSOLIDATED ROCK PRODUCTS)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Irwindale
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That the Planning Commission of the City of Irwindale
has conducted a public hearing to consider the
reclassification of certain herein described property
from Zones R-1 and A-1 to Zone M-1 or more restrictive;
and
(b) That the property to which this matter relates is
located in the City of Irwindale, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, and is more particularly described
as follows:
Parcel 1. Lots 13 through 20, inclusive,
and the west 150 feet of Lots 6 through 9,
inclusive, all of Edwin Alderson's'Acre
Lot Tract as recorded in 'Map book 13,
page 28 of the Office of the County
Recorder, County of Los Angeles.
Parcel 2. A strip of land 166 feet wide
commencing at the northeast corner of Lot
12 of Edwin Alderson's Acre Lot Tract as
recorded in Map Book 13 page 28 of the
Office of the County Recorder, County of
Los Angeles, said corner being a point in
the southerly line of Los Angeles Street,
60 feet wide; then easterly along Los
Angeles Street to the westerly boundary
of the Pacific Electric Railroad right-of-
way.
(c) That the Council conducted a public hearing on said
matter, and determined that the said property should be
reclassified as above set forth.
(d) That the public interest, convenience, and necessity
require that said real property be reclassified from
Zone R-1 and A-1 to Zone M-1.
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding Section 9310 of the
Irwindale Municipal Code, the above described real property be, and
the same hereby is, reclassified from Zone R-1 and A-1 to Zone M-1.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted in
the manner prescribed by law.

do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 204 was
regularly introduced, adopted and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 15th day of August, 1967, by the following
vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Diaz, P. Miranda, Barbosa
and M. Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN

I. Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
years and competent to be witness herein.
On August 18, 1967, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers,
a copy of Ordinance No. 204 of the City of Irwindale, being in
all respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
