AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO BUILDING REGULATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 8100.1 is hereby added to the
Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
"8100.1 Building Permit Fees
Table 3-A and Subsection (b) of Section
303 of the Uniform Building Code, Volume
I adopted by Section 8100 hereof are hereby
amended to read as follows:

"(b) Plan Checking Fees for Buildings or Structures.
When a plan is required to be submitted by Subsection (c) of
Section 301. a plan checking fee shall be paid to the building
official at the time of submitting plans and specifications for
checking. Said plan checking fee shall be equal to sixty percent
(60%) of the building permit fee as set forth in Table No. 3-A;
provided, however, the minimum fee shall be five dollars ($5.00)."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause a copy hereof to be
posted in the manner prescribed by law.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of October, 1967.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No.
206 was regularly introduced, adopted and passed at a regular
meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day of October, 1967, by
the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Diaz, P. Miranda, Barbosa
and M. Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of eighteen
years and competent to be witness herein.
On October 9, 1967, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the public places in said City, to wit:
1. Police Department;
2. Post Office on Calle del Norte;
3. At or near the door of the Council Chambers, a
copy of Ordinance No. 206 of the City of Irwindale being in all
respects the same as that attached hereto and made a part hereof.
