AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
9340 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO USES.FOR WHICH A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IS REQUIRED.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 23(a) is hereby added to
Section 9340 of the Irwindale Municipal Code to read as follows:
"23(a) Restaurants, or other establishments having an
on -sale license permitting the sale of beer, wine or
any other alcoholic beverage."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be posted
in the manner prescribed by Law.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of November,
1967.
