AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
SECTION 5209 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO SEWER
REIMBURSEMENT CHARGES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
. SECTION 1. That Appendix A, as adopted
A of Section 5209 of the Irwindale Municipal Code,
amended by adding thereto, the following:

Arrow Highway That portion of the northwest
and quarter of Section 9, Township 1
Azusa Canyon South, Range 10 West, San
Road Bernardino meridian in the City
of Irwindale, County of Los
Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:
by Subparagraph
is hereby
Beginning at the northwest corner
of said section; thence along the
northerly line of said Section,
south 890 48'05" east 558.79 feet;
thence south 000 18'35" east 332.37
feet; thence south 000 07'05" east
to the south line of the northwest
quarter of the northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of said
section; thence westerly along
said south line to a point in the
westerly line of said section;
thence northerly along said westerly
line to the point of beginning.

line of said Section (being the
center line of Bonita Avenue,
80 feet wide), distant north
890 48'05" east 558.79 feet from
the north west corner of said
Section; thence South 00 18'35"
East 332.37 feet; thence south
890 48'05" East 25 feet; thence
south 00 07'05" east to the south
line of said northwest quarter
of the northwest quarter of the
northwest quarter of said Section.'

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof and cause the same to be posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
