AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
9490 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO ZONING REGULATIONS
APPLICABLE TO ZONE M-2.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9490 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended by deleting Subsection 19 thereof, in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof, and cause this Ordinance to be posted in the manner
prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 5th day of March, 1968.
