ORDINANCE NO. 222
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
SECTION 2423 OF THE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2423 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2423. Compensation.
Members of the Parks and Recreation
Commission shall receive such compensation as
may be established by Resolution of the City
Council. In addition, each member of the
said Commission shall be reimbursed for all
actual and necessary expenses incurred by
them in the performance of their duties
provided that such expenses have been
authorized by the City Council."
SECTION 2. That the
adoption of this Ordinance and
the manner prescribed by law.
City Clerk shall certify to the
cause the same to be posted in
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of September, 1968.

Barbosa and Mayor M. Miranda.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the
City of Irwindale, California, and is and was at all times herein
mentioned a citizen of the United States over the age of
eighteen years and competent to be witness herein.
On September 25, 1968, she securely and conspicuously
posted at each of the three designated public places in said
City.
