ORDINANCE NO. 224
Those portions of land in the City of Irwindale, County
of Los Angeles, State of California, described as followsl
Parcel 1-
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the southerly line of
which is the northerly line of Foothill Boulevard as
same existed on March 25, 1968, extending from the
easterly City boundary westerly to the intersection with
the northerly City boundary.
Parcel 2
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the northerly line of
which is the southerly line of Foothill Boulevard as
same existed on March 25, 1968, extending westerly from
the easterly City boundary to the intersection with the
northerly City boundary.
Parcel 3
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the westerly line of
which is the easterly line of Irwindale Avenue as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending from the centerline
of Foothill Boulevard on the north to the City boundary
on the south, at First Street.
Parcel 4
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the easterly line of
which is the westerly line of Irwindale Avenue as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending from the centerline
of Foothill Boulevard on the north to the City boundary
on the south, at First Street.
Parcel 5
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the westerly line of
which is the easterly line of Rivergrade Road as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending from the most
southerly City boundary northerly to that certain course
in the City boundary being the northerly prolongation of
Center Street of the City of Baldwin Park.

Parcel 6
A strjP of land 100 feet in depth the easterly of which
is the westerly line of Rivergrade Road as same existed
on March 25, 1968, extending from the most southerly
City boundary northerly to that certain course in the
City boundary being the northerly prolongation of Centei
Street of the City of Baldwin Park.
Parcel 7
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the northerly line of
which is the southerly line of Live Oak Avenue as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending from the westerly
City boundary easterly to the intersection with Arrow
Highway then continuing southeasterly to the City
boundary as same exists at the intersection of River -
grade Road and Live Oak Avenue.
Parcel 8
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the southerly line of
which is the northerly line of Live Oak Avenue as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending from Arrow Highway
easterly to the westerly line of Rivergrade Road
produced.
Parcel 9
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the northerly line of
which is the southerly line of Arrow Highway as same
existed on March 25, 1968, extending easterly from the
intersection of Arrow,Highway and Live Oak Avenue on
the west to the intersection of Arrow Highway and Live
Oak Avenue on the east.
Parcel 10
A strip of land 100 feet in depth the southerly line of
which is the northerly line of Arrow Highway and that
portion of Live Oak Avenue between the westerly City
boundary and the most westerly intersection of Live
Oak Avenue and Arrow Highway as above streets existed
on March 25, 1968, said strip of land extends from the
westerly City boundary easterly to the intersection of
Arrow Highway and Maine Avenue.

ORDINANCE NO. 224
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE CLASSIFYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN THE "S"
OVERLAY ZONE. (CASE NO. 68-2-ZC)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to Section 9600 et. seq. of the
Irwindale Municipal Code, the hereinafter described properties be,
and the same hereby are, classified, in addition to their respective
basic zoning classification, as the "S -Zone". Said properties so
..w classified are more particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B",
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as if set
forth in full.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of October, 1968.

That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times'herein mentioned a citizen of
the United States over the age of eighteen years and competent to be
a witness herein.
On October 22, 1968, she securely and conspicuously posted at
each of the three designated public places in said City.
