ORDINANCE NO. 225
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
.THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
9602 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO "S" OVERLAY ZONES.
FOLLOWS: ZHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph (c) (5) of Section 9602 of
the Irwindale Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"(5) No outdoor advertising structure (a bi-
directional outdoor advertising structure shall be
deemed to be a single structure for the purpose of
this Section) shall be located within 300 feet of
any other outdoor advertising structure, whether or
not such structures are located on the same Lot."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be posted in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of October, 1968.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City of Irwindale,
California, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen of
the United States over the age of eighteen years and competent to be
a witness herein.
On October 22, 1968, she securely and conspicuously posted at
each of the three designated public places in said City.
