ORDINANCE NO. 230
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
9340 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Irwindale
does hereby find, determine and declare as follows:
(a) That a request has been made for the
j establishment of appropriate zoning regulations
to allow oil -production facilities within the
City; and
(b) That the present zoning regulations do
not allow such operations; and
(c) That it appears that such usage is the
proper subject matter of a conditional use permit;
and
(d) That the public interest, convenience and
necessity require the amendment of said zoning
regulations of the City to allow such use in the
manner hereinafter prescribed.
SECTION 2. That Subparagraph 13 (a) is hereby added
to Section 9340 of the Irwindale Municipal Code, to read as follows:
"13 (a) Oil Production Facilities"
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof and shall.forward a copy of this resolution to the
Secretary of the Planning Commission.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, being first duly sworn, deposes
and says; that she is the duly appointed and City Clerk of the City
of Irwindale, and is and was at all times herein mentioned a citizen
of the United States over the age of eighteen years and competent to
be a witness herein.
On July 14, 1969, she securely and conspicuously posted
at each of the three designated public places in said City.
