XAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF��1 THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING SECTION
3200 OF THE IRWINDALE MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO FIRE PREVENTION, AND RE-
PEALING SECTIONS 3250 ET SEQ., RELATING
TO EXPLOSIVES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3200 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
Sec. 3200. Adoption -of Los Angeles County
Ordinance No. 2947.
Subject to the changes and amendments set forth
in this Part, and with the exclusion of
Article 12 relating to Fireworks, that certain
ordinance of the County of Los Angeles, being
Ordinance No. 2947 as amended by Ordinance
No. 9687, three (3) printed copies of which were
ordered filed by the City Council and actually
have been filed in the office of the City Clerk
of said City, and which are so on file, hereby
are referred to and, by this reference,
expressly incorporated herein and made a part
hereof as fully and for all intents and purposes
as though set forth herein at length, shall be,
regulations, standards, provisions, and conditions
and other matters therein set forth, as the
standards, provisions, and conditions to be
observed within the City of Irwindale.
SECTION 2. That Sections 3250 through 3274 of said
Code be, and the same hereby are, repealed.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May, 1970.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City`Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 236 was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the
7th day of May, 1970, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by
said Council, approved ans signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on
the 7th day of May, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Chico, Diaz and Mike Miranda;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None;
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Pat Miranda.
