ORDINANCE NO. 240
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 223 RELATING TO
SECURITY PROVISIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 223, entitled "Building Code",
adopted October 17, 1968, is hereby amended by adding Chapter 67
as set forth in the County of Los Angeles Ordinance 10163 adopted
by the Board of Supervisors on December 8, 1970.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by Law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1971.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 240, was introduced at a regular adjourned
meeting of the City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on
the 11th day of February, 1971, and was duly passed, approved
and adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor
and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting of the
said City Council held on the 4th day of March, 1971, by the
following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Breceda, Chico, Pat Miranda & Diaz;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None;
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: Mike Miranda.
