AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 223 RELATING TO FEES.
THE' -CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 223, entitled "Building Code",
is amended by amending Table No. 3-A, Table No. 3-B and
Section 303(e) to read as set forth in the County of Los Angeles
Ordinance No. 10,204 adopted February 9, 1971.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of June, 1971.

Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 27th day of May,
1971, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk
at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the
10th day of June, 1971, by the following vote:
