AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 223 OF THE CITY OF
IRWINDALE RELATING TO FEES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 223, entitled "Mechanical Code",
adopted October 17, 1968 is amended by amending Section 304 to read
as set forth in the County of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 10,206
adopted February 9, 1971.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 22nd day of July, 1971.

do hereby certify that,the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 246, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 8th day of July, 1971,
and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved
and signed by the Mayor and Attested by the City Clerk at a regular
meeting of the said City Council held on the 22nd day of July, 1971,
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: BRECEDA, MIKE MIRANDA, PAT MIRANDA,
DIAZ, AND MAYOR CHICO;
NOES.: COUNCILMEN: None;
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
