ORDINANCE NO. 252
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE
ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY(BERNAL).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the
Planning Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the
State of California, the Zoning Code of this City and the Zone
Map provided therein are hereby amended to indicate that the
following described property is rezoned from C-3 to Zone A-1:
Parcel 46 of the Possessory Map as
recorded in the official Map Book 4,
pages 58 to 61, inclusive, of the
County Recorder's office (more
commonly known as 5022 North Irwindale
Avenue)
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by Law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 13th day of April, 1972.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 252, was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 23rd day of
March, 1972, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said
Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on
the 13th day of April, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: BRECEDA, MIKE MIRANDA AND CHICO;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None;
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: PAT MIRANDA AND DIAZ.
