ORDINANCE NO. 264
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
EXTENDING ORDINANCE NO. 262
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 262 of the City of Irwindale
is hereby extended for a period of eight (8) additional
months.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 12th day of April, 1973.

Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance,
being Ordinance No. 264, was introduced as an urgency
ordinance at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Irwindale, held on the 12th day of April, 1973, and
was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbosa, Breceda, Chico and Miranda
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Diaz
