ORDINANCE NO. 265
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE
AMENDING SECTION 2103 OP EHE IRWINDALE
MUNICIPAL CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Section 2103 of the Irwindale Municipal
Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"2103. Councilmen's Salary. Each member of
the City Council shall receive a salary in the
sum of $150.00 per month pursuant to the
provisions of Section 36516 of the California
Government Code".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective
on the earliest date permitted by Section 36516.5 of the
California Government Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cerise the same to be
processed in the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 25th day of April, 1973.

being Ordinance No. 265, was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the
12th day of April, 1973 and was duly passed, approved and
adopted by said Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and
attested by the City Clerk at a regular adjourned meeting of
the said City Council held on the 25th day of April, 1973, by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen: Barbosa, Diaz, Chico and Miranda;
NOES: Councilmen: None
ABSENT: Councilmen: Breceda
