ORDINANCE NO. 266
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE
ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY BY CHANGING
THE ZONE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY(SECOR)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1. Based upon the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, and pursuant to the Planning Law of the State of
California, the Zoning Code of this City and the Zone Map provided
therein are hereby amended to indicate that the western portion of
the property at the southwest corner of Bateman Avenue and Meridian
Street in the City of Irwindale, and as is more particularly
described in the application on file in Case No. 73-2-ZC is rezoned
from M-1 to M-2.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the
manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 14th day of June, 1973.

I, Margaret S. Barbosa, City Clerk of the City of
Irwindale, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance, being
Ordinance No. 266, was introduced at a regular meeting of the City'
Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 31st day of May,
1973, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council,
approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clark at
a regular meeting of the said City Council held on the 14th day of
June, 1973, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Barbosa, Diaz, Breceda, Chico, and
Miranda;
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None;
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None.
