HomeMy WebLinkAbout271450 ORDINANCE NO. 271 AN -ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE ZONING CODE OF THIS CITY RELATING TO OFF-STREET PARKING. (CASE NO. 73-11-A) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council, after a duly held public hearing, does hereby find that the public interest, convenience and necessity require that Section 9362 of the Irwindale Zoning Code be amended. SECTION 2. The 'Off -Street Parking" requirements of this City, and in particular Section 9362, of the Irwindale City Code are hereby amended in the manner and means set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto, so as to provide for warehouse and storage buildings off-street parking requirement of one (1) space for each 1500 square feet of gross floor area. SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in the manner prescribed by law.
