ORDINANCE NO. 271
AN -ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF IRWINDALE AMENDING THE ZONING
CODE OF THIS CITY RELATING TO OFF-STREET
PARKING. (CASE NO. 73-11-A)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF IRWINDALE DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council, after a duly held public
hearing, does hereby find that the public interest, convenience
and necessity require that Section 9362 of the Irwindale Zoning
Code be amended.
SECTION 2. The 'Off -Street Parking" requirements of this
City, and in particular Section 9362, of the Irwindale City
Code are hereby amended in the manner and means set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto, so as to provide for warehouse and
storage buildings off-street parking requirement of one (1)
space for each 1500 square feet of gross floor area.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be processed in
the manner prescribed by law.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 10th day of January, 1974.

Ordinance No. 271, was introduced at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Irwindale, held on the 13th day of
December, 1973, and was duly passed, approved and adopted by said
Council, approved and signed by the Mayor and attested by the
City Clerk at a regular meeting of the said City Council held on
the 10th day of January, 1974, by the following vote:
